Technical Recruiting Managers on our team possess strong leadership, coaching and client relation skills.
You will have you wearing two hats - Manager and an individual contributor Recruiter.
Much of your time will be devoted to managing and coaching a small, close-knit team of Recruiters.
You will lead by example in your energy, optimism, customer focus, and work ethic.
In addition you will manage resources offshore involved in sourcing and screening thus paving the growth of your career to
Global Talent Acquisition Manager within a short time as you prove yourself and grow your team strategically.
Responsibilities of this Technical Recruiting Manager role include:
• Manage and coordinate Talent Acquisition Group efforts for North
America
• Understand Services & Define a Talent Acquisition Strategy that
will enable growth
• Manage Talent Acquisition Group Budget for the year and plan
hiring resources, procuring tools, planning job fairs, etc.

• Develop and work with global recruitment team.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and Customer managers as
applicable for candidate interviews, feedback, etc., and with HR
for on boarding
• Act as a Business Partner to Management by providing weekly, Bi-
weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Dash board reports
and contributing to discussion of internal billing and pay
structures based on expertise of current data on salaries, cost
of living changes, etc.
• Work with Operations Head to improvise Incentive plan for Talent
Acquisition Group considering all the necessary inputs like cost,
profitability, etc.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining
personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
This Technical Recruiting Manager role requires:
7-10+ years of progressively responsible Recruitment and/or Staffing Account Management experience with an emphasis and expertise in Industrial/Manufacturing sectors and Engineering hires.
As a Technical Recruiting Manager, you should be able to demonstrate your success in placing Engineering candidates in a fast-paced environment.
