Account Executive (Engineering Sales) Entry Level Water Treatment - Warren, New Jersey
We are an Engineering Consulting firm in the Energy, Industry, Power and Waste Water industries and we currently have openings for a Account Executive who is ready to take his/her experience in process control sales, field services, engineering or technical products sales to next career level.
As an Account Executive (Engineering Sales) on our team your basic duties will include:
--Supporting customer proposals and negotiation efforts as required by sales management and system/service sales.
--Maintaining system/service sales offer files including proposal/pricing information
--Maintaining all Value Purchasing Agreements and Alliance documentation
--Assisting service/sales/system sales in order entry process
--Assisting in development and implementation of programs that increase revenue in accordance with Inside Sales Stretch objectives
--Working with HQ marketing and field sales to improve knowledge of the control system products
--Increasing presentation knowledge and skills to better enhance ability to promote products, services and features
--Assisting service sales personnel in the development of life cycle programs
--Working in unison with headquarters and field sales personnel to provide technical, product capability and pricing information
--Interacting with customers and in-house personnel to support inquiries, resolve problems/issues and increase efficiency of overall sales process
--Orchestration and support product demos for customer presentations, regional user groups, and sponsored events.
--Increasing knowledge of power plant operator and engineering functions, along with plant processes to increase presentation effectiveness
--Maintaining demo systems to current hardware/software revision levels
--Facilitating updates, territory business plans and reports as required to support management and sales requirements
--Developing demonstration skills for products and field devices
--Organizing and supporting "live meeting" presentations for territory business plans, sales training and other business functions.
In addition to the above, Account Executives on our team should have:
- 2 3 years engineering sales experience
- Knowledge/understanding of the processes in the markets served (energy, industrial, wastewater, etc) and the application of control and information network communications products/solutions to these processes.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Education Requirements for our Account Executives (Engineering Sales):
A 4 years Degree (BSEE, BSME or BSCHE)
