Successful Candidate Requirements for our Data Analyst Role:
• 5+ years of database analysis, design and development using
Microsoft SQL Server, DB2 or Oracle
• 5+ years of experience using SQL
• 3+ years of Kimball Business Intelligence Architecture
• Experience with Star Schema design and development
• Experience with Cube design and development
• Experience with Dashboard/KPI design and development
• 5+ years of stored procedure development experience
• 3+ years of ETL development, including data migrations and
integrations
• 3+ years of data modeling, using Erwin, ER/Studio, or similar
tools
• 3+ years of Reverse Engineering of physical databases using
metadata and/or modeling tools
• 1+ years of report development
• 1+ years of Microsoft Integration Services
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS
Core Responsibilities of our Data Analysts:
• Develop ETL solutions for operational and Business
Intelligence applications using Jaspersoft/Talend and
Microsoft Integration Services
• Develop reports using Jasper Reports
• Reverse Engineer operational and customer source databases
• Define data transformation requirements
• Data Quality Assurance
• Data and standards specification analysis to support
integrations with third party systems using HL7 standard
interfaces
• Create and maintain metadata repositories
• Assist in the design, modeling and architecture for BI
applications
• Develop configuration management processes using git and
Liquibase
• Develop Agile workflow processes using JIRA and Crucible
Preferred Qualifications for our Data Analyst role:
• PostgreSQL
• JasperReports
• Talend or Jaspersoft ETL Tool Suite
• Configuration Management
• Microsoft Analysis Services
