Job Description:
• Works collaboratively with other members of the organization to deliver world-class client service.
• We prize engineering professionals equipped with great technical skills and attitudes that motivate those around them.
• Install, maintain, and configure production, staging and quality assurance environments to support Company’s DNSSEC services.
• Environments include servers, operating systems, hardware security modules (HSMs) and other cryptographic related material.
• Perform daily operations support functions, including problem isolation and resolution
Experience and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of DNS and DNSSEC, preferably with hands-on experience with DNS and BIND
• Strong understanding of cryptography and Public Key Infrastructure frameworks
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of technical engineering experience, with a focus in Systems Administration, Information Security, Cryptography, DNSSEC Operations, and Project Management
• Experience administering systems in a High Availability production operations environment (Registry Services, E-commerce or ISP environment a plus
• Strong experience Linux
• Proficiency with UNIX utilities and scripting (Perl, Python, shell, Expect, etc)
• Proficiency with High-availability clusters (HACMP)
• Proficiency with automating production processes and procedures
• Proficiency with Enterprise deployment automation experience using tools such as Cobbler, Puppet, and Fabric
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, including Ethernet, IP addressing & subnetting, routing, IP tables, and network troubleshooting
