CNC Lathe & Mill Programmer
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 15 years experience programming CNC Mill machines (3 axis) using MasterCAM. Must be versed in Level III surfacing. Must have own tools. Proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) a +. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Must be able to pass testing at interview. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. MUST be able to blend well with others for the company’s common purpose. Cleanroom environment experience.
SUMMARY
Company designs and builds custom particle accelerator components, diagnostics & accelerator systems. (Large portion of business through government contracts). Very young and progressive company looking for flexible machinists who are self-motivated.
MISC
Hours 6am to 230pm 90 day temp-to-hire conversion period. Company offers very competitive salary and benefit package. . Benefits include: 100% paid $400,000.00 life policy, Medical benefits paid 75% for employee and 50% for dependents (2 hmos & 2 ppos to select from), dental benefits paid 50% for employee and dependents with a $3000.00 maximum, 401k with 3% match, year-end bonus potential if company if profitable, PTO (personal time off includes vacation and holidays) accrues at 6.67 hours per month = 80 hours if hired in January. Sick leave accrues at 6.67 hours per month. Increases after the 1st year. Performance reviews every August and historically they have not missed one since the company has opened in 2003.
