Brown and Caldwell (BC) has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a technical sales and project management background in our Houston, TX office. In this role you will assist in growing BC’s Industrial Water business in the region and lead teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. In this capacity, you will manage projects and collaborate with client development teams with the goal of supporting pursuits and proposals. You will preferably have a network of national clients with a focus on the industrial water sector market. Desired Skills and Experience:
B.S. degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering required
A minimum of 10 years’ experience with a focus in industrial wastewater management with broad knowledge refinery and petrochemical, food processing, pulp and paper, and manufacturing wastewater projects
Experience in treatability methods a plus
Professional registration in Texas desired
Strong project management, organizational and technical skills required
Must have a proven record of working with existing clients and delivering those projects successfully, profitably, and to the client’s satisfaction
