Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager in providing a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers, meeting both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of resourcing, employee relations, employee development and reward, and adding value in support of the Company’s business objectives.
Work closely with the site team, in the development of a performance driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development.
Contribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals, and support the HR Manager in the effective management of Health and Safety issues at site.
Education
2/3 year college degree or directly related work experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent knowledge of current employment legislation.
Commercially astute.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and influencing skills. Ability to work with staff at all levels.
Ability for problem solving, conflict resolution, motivation and negotiation.
Attention to detail.
Experience within a fast paced, highly energetic environment, and be able to make positive contributions towards business improvement and teamwork.
