Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
To manage the day to day on site facilities including:

• Co-ordinate a range of FM services and all building related services hard & soft
Liaise & knowledge share with other site facilities coordinators and with the regional facility manager /facilities manager
• Ensure site complies with CL FM & H&S policy & procedures
• Assist with onsite moves and refurbishments
• Escalate emergency / critical situations to Facilities manager
• Maintain all FM records and an up to date on site FM manual
• Harness high standards of work and be aware of associate satisfaction
• Performs general receptionist duties and types a variety of correspondence for a department or a facility
• Receives incoming telephone calls for a department or organization, obtains caller's name, and forwards call to appropriate person or takes a message.
• Greets clients and visitors and directs to conference room or staff member's office.
• Provides information and assistance to clients and customers.
• Maintains conference room schedule,
• Courier services (no packing) AWB and organizing collections from DHL, FedEX etc.
• Postal Services (incoming in pigeon holes and outgoing franking.)
• Liaison with Facilities Manager regarding any maintenance work that needs to be carried out.

Education
12th Grade or directly related work experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
High degree of customer focus.
Good communication skills.
Strong relationship builder.
Organised. Integrity.
Holistic approach.
Results orientated.
Minimum 1 Year experience
Flexible working Schedule Availability.

Other Information
Full-time 8h/day;
Workplace: Porto, Portugal
Base salary (x14 months) + Meal Allowance + Monthly Performance Bonus
