Job Title: EGMS Technical Management Support

Job Description:
Technical Management support for the EGMS project.
This position will provide subject matter expertise on the EGMS program. The position will also provide guidance regarding development and release management support for the program. This position is involved providing direction for the interface between the UX enhancements and the core software code for the EGMS program.
Skills:
Skill Required / Desired Amount Experience
Knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Highly desired 5 Years
Ability to review technical data correspondence Required 5 Years
Knowledge of MTWs core software products and design. Required 5 Years
Experience working with large and complex data sets Required 5 Years
Knowledge of Longitudinal Data Systems as it pertains to Educational data sets Required 5 Years
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Required 4 Years
Client Relationship Management experience Required 8 Years
Business process analysis and the ability to implement change Required 5 Years
