Our Client in Columbia, MD is looking for a full-time Corporate Trust Account Management Supervisor

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
his position will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to performing collateral review, reconciliation and analysis related to Residential MBS and warehouse portfolios.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Managing people (primarily non-exempt team members).
•Managing workflow and process for the team.
•Managing accounts to established process and compliance expectations.
•Form, develop and ensure processes are in compliance with standard operating procedures.
•Ensure accounts are also managed to established process, compliance expectations and standard operating procedures.
•Escalate issues of non-compliance, excessive risk, or items outside standard operating procedures to Account Management Manager for resolution.
•Assist with the development of tracking and monitoring reports.
•Resolve customer issues and inquiries.
•Train staff on responsibilities, product enhancements and new products.
•Ensure that service and productivity standards and goals are met.
•Review, track and monitor reports for items requiring action.
•Travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications- must have
4+ years of financial services experience.
Minimum Qualifications- must have
1+ years of informal leadership, mentoring, or management or related experience. Corporate Trust, Account Management or related experience. Analytical and organizational skills with proven success in problem analysis and resolution. Ability to develop and execute business strategies tied to a common vision, which maximizes revenue and profitability. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution.
Preferred Skills
Risk management skills.
•Demonstrated understanding of Corporate Trust responsibilities relating to mortgage backed securities and warehouse management.
•Demonstrated implementation of processes and systems designed to increase control and improve efficiency.
•Strong grasp of reconciliation methods and financial math.
•Masters or other Graduate level work.
•Experience with reading and comprehending legal documents for mortgage loan servicing and securities transactions.
•Ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks effectively.
•Proven team player and team leader skills.
