Headhunters, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer for our client in Frederick, MD. The Recruiter will:
•Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand position requirements and build strategic souring plans.
•Develop sourcing strategies for difficult to fill and challenging positions.
•Perform deep web sourcing, utilizing advance filtering and Boolean search strings.
•Source candidates through a variety of external resources as well as through the applicant tracking system (ATS.
•Continuously maintain a qualified pipeline of candidates for critical organizational positions.
•Ensure consistent application of Recruitment processes and policies, and maintain accurate, auditable employment records.
•At times personally screen candidates and work with hiring manager for next steps.
•Be proactive; actively engage with recruiters, provide ongoing status of sourcing activities and candidates.
•Leverage online and social media recruiting resources (Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
•Utilize recruitment metrics to compile and analyze statistical data.
•Assist in maintaining compliance with State and Federal employment regulations (EEOC, AA).
Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in an agency and/or direct sourcing experience.
•3-5 years of sourcing/ recruiting support experience. Prior experience sourcing/ filling Human Services Direct Care positions is a plus.
•Advanced Boolean search string skills.
•Demonstrated proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, and Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•A strong background in the sourcing function within a recruiting organization and a passion for sourcing and search.
•Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency, prioritize and manage multiple projects / tasks on a regular basis.
•Highly proficient in navigating the internet from a researcher perspective.
•Ability to work in a team environment.
•AIRS Certified (CIR, ACIR, CSSR, etc.) preferred.
•MUST be able to work on-site in office.
