DESIGN CENTER MANAGER
Top Must Haves for the Ideal Candidate:
1. Multiple years’ experience utilizing Solid Works to design thermoform molds, specifically front face seal blisters, trapped blisters, clamshells and display trays.
2. Experience designing thermoform production tooling required to produce physical parts, not limited to molds, cutting dies, and stacker assemblies. SENCORP machines a plus.
3. Experience in project scheduling requiring multiple facets to complete overall design. I.E. blister, backer card, and display tray.
4. Must be able to multitask and work in high pressure environment to ensure schedules are adhered to. Dates must be met .

Requirements:
• Programming of production mold cavities utilizing CAM Works or comparable program.
• Experience in understanding CNC equipment.
• Experience with rendering capabilities with Solid Works.
• Experience in working with Artios CAD or similar CAD software.
• Experience with Adobe creative suite programs.
• Prior print experience.
• Experience in running Kongsburg cutting table.
• Experience in producing sample thermoform pieces utilizing sample vacuum form machine.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and aid a team in the production of high quality products and meet the design requirements for each job for the retail packaging environment.
• Directly supervises 4-6 employees.
• Utilize Solid Works to design thermoform molds.
Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary, along with performance-based bonus.
