Basic Function
Consultative Selling
Responsible for processing various incoming and outgoing sales phone calls for assigned Health Care clients and programs in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations, as required; perform calls to Health Care Professionals (HCP's) in order to educate new business prospects or generate leads for assigned client and program, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures; establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided.
Exercise exceptional sales skills in an effort to optimize each contact with an existing or potential customer.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education
• High school education or GED required
Experience
• Minimum six months customer service, sales or business experience required.
• One year of full time secondary education from an accredited school, in pursuit of a degree, may be substituted for required experience.
• Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific department, project or client.
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent oral communications skills.
• Successfully complete and achieve an acceptable level on job-related testing.
Health Care
• Experience in durable medical equipment or pharmaceuticals preferred
• Able to articulate health care and sales experience
Marketing Services
• Field/Inside Sales Experience preferred
• Consultative Sales Experience preferred
Other
• Competitive base wage, plus monthly and quarterly bonus potential
• Available to complete four weeks of paid training 8am-430pm M-F
• Available to work a full time scheduled shift between the hours of 7am-6pm M-F (NO WEEKENDS)
• Benefits offered after 90 days of full time employment
• Minimal travel may be required
