Sr. Maintenance Supervisor, Off-Shift #47068 at Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. in Urbana, IL

Byrnes & Rupkey, Inc. has an opportunity for a Sr. Maintenance Supervisor in the Urbana, IL area. This position is a direct hire for a successful and innovative food manufacturing company. Duties include:
• Providing leadership in establishing, organizing, planning and implementing maintenance program;
• Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Predictive Maintenance, equipment overhauls and upgrades;
• Managing Plant Capital Projects;
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines;
• Serving as a member of the Food Safety Team;
• Reducing the companys environmental footprint;
• This is an off-shift position.

EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Engineering or related disciplines preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance and engineering experience in the food and beverage industry;
• Equipment Reliability, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, packaging and processing equipment, maintenance systems;
• Equipment installation and startups;
• Plant facility and utility equipment;
• Experience working with vendors and contractors;
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, teaming and communication skills;
• Willing and able to work an off-shift position.
