Job Description:
• Responsible for the planning and execution of all phases of testing for all components of the customer legacy systems and customer initiated major implementation program for which customer is responsible.
• Responsible for monitoring the quality of all test related deliverables such as test plans, test scripts, test cases and test automation code performed by the customer test team.
• Responsible for managing the defect tracking process for the program. Including re-deployment to future sprints, modification of sprint plans and revising resource allocation as needed.
• Responsible for managing the code promotions into the QA environments to ensure control and alignment with test plans.
• Ensure ITS creates and executes regression testing, automated and manual to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Drive the creation and maintenance of re-usable test script, test plans and data sets
• Implement processes that create and constantly improve goal to automate more testing and trace test cases to specific application code or configuration changes
• Develop customer best practices for QA testing lifecycle using industry best practices
• Ensure all QA staff are trained and adhere to best practices through establishment of workflow monitoring and validation of key control and sign off checkpoints
• Develop reporting mechanisms of identify, track and report on processing system backlogs
Skills
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing staff in areas including but not limited to performance management, employee recognition, coaching and mentoring, and training
