Required Skills:
• Recent and extensive experience in creating APDs in SAP CRM
• Familiarity with CRM and components such as Analysis Process Designer (APDs), email forms, campaign automation, target groups and profiles
• Strong working knowledge of XML
• Strong technical development skills in Oracle 11G PL/SQL, SQL Plus & Toad
• Experience developing ad hoc SQL queries
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent amount of work experience in IT Development
Desired Skills:
• Bi-lingual: English and French Canadian
• Experience supporting CRM & Marketing business area/programs
• Passion and pride in work (data file correctness, data quality)
• SAP CRM 7 experience a plus
• Exact Target or similar email campaign execution tool experience a plus
• Technical skills in HTML / Java
• Experience with SAS (statistical analysis system) software a plus
Desired Skills:
• Campaign Support e.g. elicit, interpret, and document marketing campaign goals and data needs, develop SQL programs to extract customer data, develop marketing campaign components in (KuBa) such as Analysis Process Designer (APDs), email forms, campaign automation, target groups and profiles
• Data Handling e.g. Ensure that the privacy and security policies, and Canadian specific regulations specifically PIPEDA and CASL, regarding customer data are observed, data cleansing
• CRM Project SME e.g. participate as a CRM SME on CRM related projects
• Process Improvement e.g. automate ongoing tasks where possible
