Job Description:
• The candidate will be part of the chain/ outpatient implementation team under the leadership of the Manager of Chain/ OP Implementations.
• The main focus of this position is to provide Project Management and Governance for medium to large-size implementations of multi-site Retail Chains or Out-Patient pharmacies on MPS technology which includes EnterpriseRx, its associated modules and Point of Sale system.
• The Implementation Project Management will carry overall responsibility for the timeliness and cost of implementation projects assigned.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with the Implementation Consultant in producing a Implementation Project Plan in accordance with best practices of the MPS Implementation Team.
• Keep the Project within the parameters of the Project Plan via task assignments, follow up, and Project Status meetings.
• Utilize a standard Change Management process to identify any material changes to the project, their impact, and proper action items as a result.
• Ability to manage Project Management duties for up to 5 accounts concurrently and up to 10 during a fiscal year.
• Ability to indirectly manage cross-functional teams and resources assigned to the project that include other Implementation resources, Customer Operations, Business Segment and R&D teams.
• Provide reporting to direct management on project status, project metrics, financial impacts, projects risks and mitigation to ensure timely and predictable revenue recognition on Chain and Out-Patient accounts assigned.
• Forecast and Manage within time and dollar budgets assigned to the project to ensure that project stays within forecast values.
Requirements:
• Implementation experience as a Project Manager for medium to large-sized B2B technology projects.
• Direct Implementation experience of MPS technologies is preferred.
• Ideally the candidate would have handled business-to-business implementations with total contract values of 250k - $2m.
• With progressive experience may handle up to $15m dollar in TCV.
Proven executive interface skills.
• Must have the ability to handle and eliminate most project obstacles directly with the customer project team and other internal MPS teams.
• Facilitation Skills are required.
• This is especially critical in the transition year as we move to a consultative implementation model.
• The candidate will be required to lead regular Project Status meetings and collaborate with the Implementation Consultant on the Phase Gate Meetings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional and customer teams.
• EnterpriseRx, and Pharmacy Business knowledge required.
