Capitol Recruiters Inc. is recruiting for a Director of Marketing for a global law firm client in Washington, DC.
This position is responsible for implementing innovative and effective digital marketing programs for the firm; executing complex, high-profile projects supporting business and financial objectives.
Significant projects and areas of focus include: website relaunch and ongoing development, CRM/ERM, enterprise content management, branding, client-facing materials design (including collateral, templates, pitch materials and email marketing).
Some of the duties for this position include: making recommendations for best practices and implementing social media, blogs, experience management, video production, data analytics, research, and business intelligence; interpreting platform analytics and developing business intelligence dashboards along with executive level reporting that translates data into actionable information; managing department technology and brand/design budget, including quarterly variance tracking.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or a related technology field, must have at least 10 years’ of experience in law firm or professional services marketing, advanced knowledge of marketing technology platforms and products, including experience with Interaction and/or other CRM systems, must be skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects, strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills required, financial management / budgeting skills required.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
