Capitol Recruiters Inc. is recruiting for a Mobile Communications Administrator for a highly regarded law firm client in Washington, DC.

This position is responsible for delivering superior customer service regarding billing, account administration, technical support and inventory management for mobile devices firm wide.

Some of the duties for this position include: tracking and distribution of mobile device inventory; issue support and resolution via phone, e-mail and on-site; set up of Administration systems such as Active Directory, Active Sync, BES, AirWatch and BIS; ensuring devices can access emergency email systems during an outage; enforcing mobile device policies and procedures; managing assets Firm wide and generating detailed management reports; processing vendor invoices.

Position Requirements: Must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in a law firm or professional services firm, knowledge of current Windows and mobile device OS’s, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, must have at least 2 years of Blackberry Enterprise Server administration and 2 years of AirWatch MDM administration and support, experience with Windows server 2008, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
