Responsible for planning the implementation of various new technologies and technology upgrades (Weblogic, Voice Objects, Voice Biometrics, Nortel IVR, Genesys, and NICE)
7 + years of experience in WebLogic Server 10g/11g/12c
5+ Scripting & automation with WLST, Python and related technologies.
7+ years of working experience with various data bases such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, DB2/AS400
Knowledge of Telecommunication, Networking and IP Telephony concepts
Strong engineering background relating to the call recording environment
Ability to adapt to change quickly and seek opportunities for growth and improvement
Ability to work well under pressure and produce results, under the constraint of time and budget
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize own time while accomplishing tasks in a cost effective manner
Genesys SIP Recording and Routing Experience a plus
Genesys GVP Setup experience a plus
General understanding Public Cloud architecture and security concepts.
Knowledge of Serena, Nolio and other Dev-ops architecture and concepts to automate IVR Releases into Cloud a plus
Understand PaaS, IaaS and SaaS service models and architectural requirements for each
Excellent problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:
B.S Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required
