Administrative Assistant at Starbanco - Cranberry, PA in Cranberry Township, PA

Job Purpose:
The Administrative Associate for Business Banking Department provides support services to our business banking division, specifically the Title Department, including data management, client and referral communications, workflow/schedule optimization while also responsible for providing general administrative and office management services to support the operations of the department.
Deliverables:
Provide first point-of-contact in a facilitative nature by controlling workflow services including redirection of work and coordinating approvals.
Coordinate, filter and prioritize inbound communications; assist in drafting and distributing outbound communications.
Compile and review various reports, ensuring quality and accurate summarized information is presented.
Respond to internal and external questions by independently conducting research and consulting with relevant parties to resolve any issues that arise.
Job Requirements:
Must have loan or title processing experience
2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Administrative Support
Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and work prioritization skills.
Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
