Job Description
Responsibilities/Tasks: •Capture and manage an active Book of Work with a mixture of short, ad-hoc requests and longer running requests
•Prioritise Book of Work with input from business and operational drivers as well as technology strategy
•Capturing and manage all dependencies for BOW with internal and external teams
•Manage all aspects of reporting on status of requests, overall BOW and roadmaps
•Focusing on capturing and presenting KPIs and metrics in relation to BOW especially around system decommissioning and improvement in time to market for new requests
•Effectively interface with onshore and off-shore teams who perform / require Recs.
•Working with the DUCO on-boarding team to bring reconciliations onto this platform.
•Performing analysis on current state of reconciliations, which are on TLM & other systems.
•Providing solution design within the bounds of a technical strategic solution and by consultation with the programme architect.
•Creating multiple types of analysis documents including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Project Charters.
•Act as liaison between business sponsors and IT teams.
•Elements of project management and providing / articulating updates to key business stakeholders.
Experience/Exposure: •In-depth knowledge and experience of Exchange Traded Derivatives Clearing gained at a similar institution
•Experience of CCP-facing, FOBO, BOBO and internal system-to-system Reconciliations.
•Background in technology as well as program management.
•Confident and articulate and able to communicate effectively with senior business sponsors and IT teams.
•Experience of working in Global teams and multiple technology partners, onshore, offshore with a mixture of internal and external groups.
•Hands-on knowledge and experience of SmartStream TLM an advantage.
You will need to be: •Pro-active and a self-starter.
•Able to analyse systems with limited documentation.
•Confident & articulate while working with globally distributed teams and 3rd party vendors.
Education/Certification: •Degree educated is preferred; however knowledge / experience is a mitigating element.
