Technical/Functional Skills:
Document Custody Client Liaison Full Time, Day Shift, Schedules between 8AM-6PM, M-F
In a Fast Paced Warehouse Production Environment
• 2-3 years of recent Mortgage Industry experience is preferred
• 2-3 experience in a client support role preferred
• Excellent overall keyboard skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• 2-3 experience in critical thinking/problem solving and client service preferred
• Long periods of desk time (sit down) processing
• Ability to read and match numbers, letters and specific data on documents / files (great attention to detail)
• Ability to multitask in an environment of shifting priorities
• Experience in a production based, goal oriented environment
• The ability to produce both timely and quality results
• Ability to work on Saturdays or OT hours on short notice
• Team orientation
• Excellent timeliness and attendance is required
• Handling and resolving client inquiries via mailboxes and Agency 800 lines
• Complex research problem solving and follow up / closure communication to clients
