Title: Sales Representative
Job Objective: The primary function of this sales position is to identify, promote and sell CSI’s products.
Position Description:
In this role you will sell a diverse range of CCTV/Access Control, Datacom, Data Center and Telecom products serving Enterprise Cabling and Security Solutions market.
Serve a variety of markets by suggesting and delivering the right infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs.
Actively participate and develop new accounts to help service customers and grow business.
Provide superior customer service and solutions by delivering products and services to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention.
Actively engage CSI Security colleagues and resources regularly to provide a complete customer solution in order to capitalize on opportunities.
-Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls.
Must be able to allocate time effectively with the goal of meeting or exceeding quota requirements.
Must maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow up sales.
Experience working with contractors, ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams is highly desirable.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills, sales experience, and possess closing techniques.
Must be a self-motivator with good organizational skills and has the ability to persuade and close sales.
Specifications:
Must have knowledge and work experience in the security industry: this includes understanding networked security products, surveillance camera systems, video management software, CCTV, access control, etc.
Applicant should have working experience with SalesForce, Quickbooks and Microsoft Office software.
