Title: Technical Account Manager
Working Hours: 40h/week but they will in different days of the week/hours. Different shifts covering 24/7, with ability to be on call. This is going to be shift work depending on business requirements.
Responsibilities :
• Ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical client issues, supporting cutting edge products in the on-line video streaming industry.
• Establish priorities and track resolution of opened cases, work closely with cross functional teams to drive product improvements for strategic clients.
• Assist in training clients on product features and functionality.
• Provide on-call support for critical client issues.
Minimum qualifications :
• BA/BS degree in a technical field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
• 2 years relevant work experience, including programming and scripting experience.
• 2 years hands-on experience in Internet products and technologies, including ability to analyze network traces and troubleshoot browser issues.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications :
• 5 years relevant work experience.
• 3 to 5 + years of experience in supporting a 24x7 critical production environment (TV / Banking preferred).
• Experience with online video ad serving standards (e.g. VAST), streaming protocols (e.g. HLS), and video troubleshooting tools (e.g. Charles).
• Experience in building Android and/or iOS applications.
• Familiarity with online advertising technologies
