IS Systems Administrator - Identity IQ / Sailpoint
Infrastructure Systems Administrator in Access Control Systems you will be accountable for providing IAM system administration, monitoring and support of IAM system components to include servers, storage, application functionality and processing. Services performed apply to in-scope systems such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Consolidated / Single Sign-On (CSO / SSO), Privileged Account Management (PAM), and Active Directory integrations that are initiated, carried out and documented through defect and enhancement entries, incidents and service requests. Build and maintain knowledge of in-scope systems and the IAM functions they service, maintain and follow documented procedures that comply with Incident and Change Management protocols.
Support installation, integration, improvement, requirements, configuration, auditing and testing of IAM tools and functionality for establishing a repository and friendly user interface, managing workflows and reporting, provisioning access accounts, non-routine software administration and technical support for implemented solutions. You may also install, run and support access-related tools or scripts. These roles have an understanding of identifying and managing vendor product bugs, software packaging and deployment, managing and migrating source code, planning and preparing for software patches and upgrades, maintaining data integrity and file system security for the supported systems, and/or assess and address system performance and utilization.
•Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience
•2-3 years of work experience in the tool support and administrative duties.
•Experience in Sailpoint Identity IQ Tools (or equivalent) and Identity Access management Process and Procedures
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-Specific:
•Production Tier 2 Support and Monitoring for Identity IQ Tools and Business Requests
•Flat File Collection and Processing - 300 Monthly Currently, driving to Weekly
•Net New Flat Files Administration and working with development teams
•Flat File Process Evolution and Maturity; Expanding upon account data attributes
•Driving Automated Generation and Delivery
•Assisting with Metrics and KPI Reporting
•Knowledge of Entitlements, Group, and Role Configuration
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities-General:
•Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast paced environment.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with local and remote individuals or teams across multiple time zones.
•Ability to perform moderate to complex issues assessments and clearly communicate to technical staff when escalating issues.
•Good organizational, time management, problem-solving and technical writing skills.
•Basic understanding of methodologies of network security and operations processing (i.e., executing back-ups, batch production, problem escalation, report and tape processing, etc ).
