•Responsible for creating, reactivating, amending, deleting user ID for all Banking Corporation New York Branch employees.
•Monitoring the following access to the Systems:
1. Remote Access users from Head Office/Backup machine on a daily basis.
2. Unauthorized access users to the systems on a daily basis.
3. Super Users' activities in the systems on a daily basis.
•Distributing Quarterly User-lists to all New York Branch Managers, so that they can check and approve the current users in their respective department. Follow up on all replies from all Department Managers and make necessary adjustments.
•Maintain the Internal Procedure and Manual for User ID Management.
•Act as a liaison for controlling all systems User ID Management that resides with an outside vendor.
•Review virus logs daily for NYExpress NTD001 - Check virus status & report any anomalies.
•Maintain ongoing self-training activities through available information on the Internet, in the workplace or other sources such as the press or news, to assure optimal results on the job. Maintain clear, concise and cordial communication with all members of staff, assuring that other departments' support needs are met.
Specific Education level, knowledge, experience and personality traits required to perform in this position:
•Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related area
•1-2 years’ experience in similar position, with applicable systems education
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
