Lead OCM / User Adoption Consultant (Mid-Level)
**IMMEDIATE NEED Multiple Positions**
Nationwide HEAVY TRAVEL & VIRTUAL (HOME BASED) WORK REQUIRED
Washington, DC Area Position Requires 20 to 30% Travel

Tri Tuns is looking for an experienced and highly successful mid-level OCM/User Adoption (UA) Consultant to be a critical member in a leadership role for a high-profile, multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation client engagement. This is a hands-on position leading a variety of user adoption activities in support of the implementation of technology and organizational transformation initiatives in multiple, independent affiliate organizations across the enterprise.
This role will involve leading client discussions, creating various client deliverables, adapting enterprise adoption templates to meet the needs of independent affiliates, conducting user adoption and organizational change intervention activities, facilitating group discussions and learning, coaching client team members, and ensuring all deliverables meet Tri Tuns methodology and quality requirements.
The consultant will be responsible for leading the user adoption effort in multiple, independent affiliate organizations. The ability to manage multiple, independent projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines is critical.
This person is responsible for ensuring effective collaboration among client, Tri Tuns and 3rd party vendor staff. This person will work under the guidance of senior change management staff, but will be the primary contact for their assigned organizations. The Lead OCM / User Adoption Consultant is responsible for the gathering of facts (primary, secondary data), analyzing the client's business, drawing conclusions, preparing final reports, giving presentations, identifying add-on work or appropriate additional phases of work, and interfacing with client leadership.
Candidates must have a consulting background with in-depth knowledge of and experience in user adoption and organization change consulting. This person will be involved in all aspects of projects including the activities of user adoption, business/systems analysis, communications planning, training needs analysis and execution, business process consulting, engagement/ROI assessment, as well as assisting in project planning and management. Candidates must be self-directed and able to work effectively with others at all levels of an organization including team members, senior leaders, and clients. Candidates must function as a team leader and SME in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and proactive nature. Candidates must possess a high degree of integrity at all times and in all interactions as well as open and honest communication with clients and the Tri Tuns team.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Consulting background with in-depth knowledge and 5 - 7 years’ experience in user adoption and organization change consulting.
• Hands-on experience helping with OCM/UA for large scale enterprise-wide organizational transformation projects that involve implementing new technology
• Ability to plan, design, and execute organizational change management activities that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement
o focus on the people side of change (including changes to business processes, systems, technology, and job roles)
o drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved
• Ability to take direction from senior organizational change staff and then work effectively with others at all levels of an organization including team members, senior leaders, and clients
• Ability to design and deliver interventions for distributed teams while working remotely via various technologies (web conferencing, online technology, chat, conference calls, etc.)
• Ability to function as Tri Tuns team leader and SME in a time-compressed, highly dynamic and potentially ambiguous client situation to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Ability to analyze client's business process and organizational change impacts, understand client's business, organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client
• Ability to plan and drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement
• Additional attributes desired:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and proactive nature
o A high degree of integrity as well as open and honest communication with clients and the Tri Tuns team
o Advanced knowledge in User Adoption, Strategy, Organizational Change or IT consulting methodologies
o Experience supervising other consultants during a project including role modeling, direction, SME guidance, performance feedback and documentation.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree is highly desired (preferred degrees in Business Management, MIS, Organizational Development or related field)
Location: This position can be based nation-wide with candidates working from home offices. Heavy travel is required for non-DMV position. We do not offer relocation or visa sponsorship
Travel: 80 100% travel required for National position and 20 to 30% travel for DC position.
