To liaise between the Casino shore departments and onboard casinos to ensure casino revenue potential is being maximized through table games, slots and cage.
Travels frequently to ships in order to observe casino operations to include day to day casino operations, customer service, scheduling and staff utilization, promotions and facilities; provides feedback, examines and investigates all potential revenue opportunities for casino operational activities.
Reports any issues/concerns to VP, Casino Operations for corrective action.
Ensures onboard staff adheres to department policies and procedures; Routinely reviews policies and procedures and makes recommendations for improvement.
Meets with onboard management and staff to discuss and assess casino operational concerns.
Performs written/verbal performance evaluations, promotion recommendations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Compiles and produces operational reports on shipboard casino operations for VP Casino Operations; Analyzes tables and slot results and makes recommendations for improvement.

Meets with prospective suppliers regarding new products and seeks competitive quotations for selective equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BS Degree and Must have a minimum of 10 years experience working within a casino environment, preferably shipboard casinos. Management experience preferred.
Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented and self motivated. Able to coordinate several projects and tasks simultaneously.
