IT Property Management Systems Support Engineer

Scope of work:
1) Production support of shipboard Property Management Systems (Fidelio, Encore, TTG)

2) Will be assigned as resource for shipboard projects (upgrades, NewBuilds, enhancements), requiring server/application builds in our lab environments and on site shipboard deployments

3) Participate in User Acceptance Testing ;

4) Test and certify version updates received from system vendor ;

5) Maintenance and general ownership of application (roadmaps, analyze trends in support, etc.)

Required skills/competencies:
Experience in supporting packaged applications ; Experience with Property Management Systems (Fidelio, Encore and/or TTG preferred) ; Linux Experience helpful ; Analytical skills ; Incident/Problem resolution skills ; hospitality/hotel IT experience;

Preferred Skills:
Experience with MS SQL and/or Oracle ; Experience with Fidelio Cruise modules ; travel industry/hospitality experience preferred ; 2/3 years of field experience; Ability to use Crystal Reports

BS Degree in Computer Science or commensurate and applicable experience

30% travel required for hospitality projects/support - Domestic and International
