• BA/BS or a relevant professional certification in Change Management
• 3-5 years of project management experience or working in a project or programmer management environment combined with at least 2 years of managing and driving large-scale organizational change efforts with or through other people.
• MUST have 5 years of experience using a formal change management approach (e.g. Kotter, Kurt Lewin Change Model, ADKAR).
• Experience across the key change management tracks of work including: change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications strategy and execution, training strategy and approach, organization and role alignment, culture/behavior change and executive alignment
• Experience leading stakeholder engagement and change impact assessment activities on large transformational initiatives within global organizations in matrix managed environments
At least 2 years of managing direct reports.
Experience in Change Communications, Organization redesign, Training.
Experience in assessing, analyzing and demonstrating Benefit Realizations
Advanced skills using PowerPoint and chart creation
Advanced skills in Excel Ability to think strategically Business Analysis experience
