• College degree in any 4 year course
• Pleasant and quiet working environment
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Working webcam and headset
• Wired internet connection above 2 mbps

• You must be a good communicator.
• Ability to work in stressful situations and under pressure.
• Good listening skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Patient
• Knowledge of the Japanese language is an advantage.
