Location: Chantilly, Virginia

This is a new position. This is an 11 - 15 year experience level
position. We need a programmer with full scope poly and a wide array of
programming skills as listed below.
1. Plan, design, and develop prototypes within an applied research and
development environment
2. Develop and administer databases and access to those databases
3. Integrate multiple algorithms and techniques into prototypes
4. Assess the quality of the algorithm sub-components as well as the
aggregate quality of prototype output
Mandatory Skills - Candidate must have all skills listed:
-Demonstrated programming skills in multiple operating systems to include
DOS, Windows, Mac OS X, UNIX and Linux
-Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages to include C#,
C++, ASP.NET, HTML, Visual Basic, C, Java,
JavaScript and Lisp
-Demonstrated use of a variety of integrated development environments to
include Microsoft Visual Studio, Xcode and Eclipse
-Demonstrated skill in multimedia tools to include Adobe Premiere, Apple
iMovie, Apple Final Cut Pro X, Apple iPhoto and
Adobe Photoshop
-Demonstrated ability to perform SQL server administration to include
creating databases, updating tables and maintaining user accesses
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with big data processing in the area of Human Language
Technologies such as Machine Translation, Entity Extraction and Information
Retrieval
-Familiarity with IOC mission
-Familiarity with ECG mission
