Data Analyst
• SQL, HANA / HANA Studio, SAP IS, ER Studio a plus
o Experience creating views in HANA
• Bug fixes and optimization in the Ab Initio and Teradata environment with advance SQL skills
• Under guidance of Project Lead and with Customer input, turn requirements into a design and then code for an ETL application
• Follow Prescriptive Guidance for systems and services
• Ensure all information/documentation for ETL Project and all interfacing processes as it moves through the development pipeline are properly documented
• Ability to elicit requirements from IT and Business Partners and subsequently translate in detail from source system
• Build logical and physical data models
• Create data mapping documents
• Create metadata definitions
• Create all phases of test cases and follow through with validation steps
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a desire to understand the business, be able to ask questions, clarify requirements, challenge assumptions / status quo, and suggest alternate ways of implementation
• Strong problem solver with the ability to methodically analyze and resolve programming challenges
