We have a new employment opportunity for a highly experienced LNHA / Executive Director in a quality senior living facility in the greater Winton-Salem, North Carolina area.
We are searching for an experienced leader with a passion for working with seniors.
Requirements
• Current Nursing Home Administrator’s or Assisted Living ED License in good standing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, business administration, hospitality, or a medical specialty.
• Three years’ executive level experience in senior living
• Comprehensive knowledge of Long Term Care / Senior Living regulations and standards.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate a warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
• Expertise in cost reporting, P & L, and budget compliance.
• The ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and corporate leadership, utilizing diplomacy and discretion.
