The Sales and Service Network Engineer is responsible for learning the Company’s sales and customer service technologies and processes and participating in the sales and service processes. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to learn a variety of skills and to take on increasing levels of responsibility as the company grows.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Solid experience and understanding of system and network engineering.
High level of attention to detail, as well as superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to function with continuous changing priorities and challenges.
Strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment in addition to being a motivated self-starter.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities that are not required but that would be helpful:
Experience in customer service.
Scripting experience to use the APIs to automate some of the workflow.
DevOps experience with automation tools.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
