Role Description: The IT Contracts Administrator will support the process centralization and coordination of IT contracts and purchase requests in the Office of the CIO. This resource is responsible for routing contracts/purchase requests to stakeholders via Docusign, entering approved contracts/purchase requets into the central IT sharepoint repository, and ensuring PO's are created as per defined SLA. He/she must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills. He/she must have the ability to work under tight deadlines. He/she must posess a professional manner and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Docusign is highly preferred but not required (electronic signature tool).
Experience with SharePoint is highly preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university, and four (4) years experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Requires the ability to sit, vision to monitor, communicate via telephone, computer and/or personal contact and use basic office equipment such as a personal computer, copier and fax machines for extended periods in the course of work. Work is performed in an office environment.
