Our Client Company is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure across North, Central and South America. The Accounts Payable Specialist III spearheads the timely and accurate payment processing of ground rents and revenue-sharing payments to land owners and site owners. Monthly payment terms are interfaced from PM Database to Accounts Payable systems by the Accounts Payable Specialist III, using a gather process. This individual uploads the PM database-gathered batches to Great Plains and reviews the batches for accuracy, prior to check/ACH processing. What’s more, the Accounts Payable Specialist III typically employs good customer service skills to resolve vendor payment issues/inquires in a timely manner. The Accounts Payable Specialist III may supervise or direct the workflow of less experienced AP Specialists.
Requirements:
(Note: Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered.)
• Associate’s degree in Accounting (BA/ BS preferred)
• Four-plus years’ accounts payable experience
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge of, and ability to work with, Microsoft Word and Excel programs
• Great Plains experience (preferred)
