Administrative Assistant position for the merchandising department. Must have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience. Ability to create graphs, charts, and pivot tables.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
General office duties (filing, faxing, copies, phones etc)
Correspondence, reports, charts, graphs, and tables.
Proofread and edit drafts and final materials
Maintain/update department policies, programs, and procedures
Calendars-scheduling conferences, meetings, and appointments
Travel arrangements
Data entry
Customer Service
Great communication skills - will be communicating with vendors and people within the organization. Merchandising background a plus, or must have office or administrative assistant background.
HS Diploma or GED required. 2 years office/merchandising experience required.
