Sales Engineer at Footbridge Energy Services in Atlanta, GA

• Ability to respond to a variety of challenging circumstances while continuing to demonstrate superior selling skills focused on key Client needs and our services which include Fabrication (vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and piping), Engineering, Construction and Plant Maintenance Services
• Ability to provide technical solutions built around customer needs
• Skilled in time management and follow-up contact, with Prospects and existing Clients.
• Possess a willingness to be mentored on sales and business development negotiating skills while understanding and using techniques needed to close orders
• Willingness to learn how to prepare and present sales proposals that address/meet customer expectations
• Strong work ethic, communications skills, competitiveness
• Robust presentation, training and communications skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7-12 years’ experience providing engineering services to the chemical process and heavy industrial Construction industry or comparable work experience in Industrial Service Sales.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
• Willing to travel up to 70% within the South East territory of the United States.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
• Previous experience/exposure to Industrial Construction with emphasis in Chemical Processes or Mechanical fabrication and maintenance solutions for Industrial Plants
• Previous experience as Project Field Manager meeting with Clients to discuss pre-project items and project progress as a Project Field Manager or Engineer
