Description: Manage a large, 5+ year, $500M rail infrastructure improvement program that includes both design and construction management/oversight. Eventually become the Northeast Practice Lead for all of the company’s Project Controls work. This would consist of project development, marketing and proposal development, management of multiple assignments, and managing all Boston based project controls and estimating staff.
Requirements: Senior Project Controls expert with experience developing cost and schedule controls for both design and construction projects, large multi phased programs, and design-build projects. An expert user of Primavera P6 and other project management tools is a requirement. Must have heavy civil experience i.e. Rail or Highway
