M3 Financial Inc. is seeking an innovative and passionate Sales Associate to join our growing team in New York and support the development of new business. The Sales Associate will work under the direction of the Sales Department to develop and maintain relationships with independent brokerage agents and financial advisors.

Position Responsibilities
The Sales Associate provides sales support services to the sales department by:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with independent brokerage agencies, agents and financial advisors
- Creating income proposals
- Running illustrations
- Providing follow up calls to existing clients
- Contacting insurance carriers via email and phone regarding new products, product updates and prospects for new business.

Qualifications:
- Major and/or minor in Business, Marketing, Sales or Financial Services discipline preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry and more specifically in Sales/Marketing
- Strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
