Silverstone Ventures Inc. currently has openings for 2 Fulltime Construction Supervisors in Surrey, B.C. We are a well-established local company currently working on several construction projects.
Job Duties
• Must be able to Supervise trade people and suppliers on commercial and residential construction projects
• Must make sure workplace safety standards are met
• Must be able to schedule and coordinating with various trades and suppliers and ensure deadlines are met
• Must meet productivity goals
• Must be able to handle workplace conflicts and find viable resolutions
Additional Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years of construction supervisor experience.
• High School education or higher
• Must have own transportation, may be required to travel between job sites in the Lower Mainland
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• steel-toed safety boots
• Ideal candidate must have excellent time management and problem solving skills
Wage
$32.00/hour (40 hours /week), may be required to work overtime, must be available days, evenings and weekends.
