BS Biochemical Engineeri8ng, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology degree, with balanced theoretical and hands-on manufacturing plant experience with 3 or more years of experience in relatable processing operations; 5 or more years of experience preferred. NOTE: 3 or more years of Corn Wet Milling process experience with practical and technical science knowledge of steeping processes is highly desired; technical experience with enzyme technology would be a plus. Must also have demonstrated strong technical skills and personal drive in continuous process improvement and cost optimization. Advanced experience in moderately complex operational problem-solving and troubleshooting using systematic methodology to develop innovative solutions. Demonstrated process-oriented project management and project leadership skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Demonstrated positive and engaging interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with engineers, managers, hourly employees and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and self-motivation.
