Just finalizing long term IT projects which will required a Lead JEE/J2EE Developer very soon.
We will be building web applications that offers business solutions to our finance, governmental and healthcare clients.
If you are Lead JEE/J2EE expert who has architected numerous, complex, high availability, enterprise web applications and wants to play a lead role at our software development projects, let’s talk!
Based on these projects, we will be needing professionals with
- a Masters in CS (may consider professionals with BS in CS)
- 10 + years of JEE experience at all levels of the enterprise
application stack
- 10+ years of experience in developing and architecting web
applications including HTML/CSS, JavaScript and client-side Java
Script libraries such as JQuery and EXT JS
- 5+ years experience managing software engineers
- 5+ years of SQL (PostgreSQL) and data driven app development
- Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) software development
environment with test driven development and continuous delivery
cycle
- Excellent knowledge of Wildfly, Hibernate/JPA, JAXB, JAX-RS,
EJB, Jenkins, Eclipse, Web Services
- strong knowledge of all things Linux
- proficiency with MVC, MVP and Gang of Four (or similar) design
patterns
As Lead JEE/J2EE Professionals we will be expecting you to:
- Deliver high quality, extraordinarily designed software
- Create brilliant architecture and communicate it to the team via the
appropriate diagrams/artifacts, including but not limited to ERD,
Class, Workflow and Network diagrams
- Work closely with Business, Dev Ops, Design and QA to deliver
scalable, reliable software
- Ensure that the development teams understand and adhere to
software quality standards and best practices
- Mentor others in said standards and practices
- be an advocate of continuous learning and improvement
- Write and review code
- Analyze, select, and incorporate external libraries
- Help us find and select talented people and build up a great team
- Work with the newest technologies to deliver the best user
experience on laptop/desktop, tablets, phones and various devices
- Have experience with GWT
- Have current or previous experience in finance, governmental or
healthcare industry
