Juno Dermatology is rapidly growing practice, currently seeking a motivated, passionate and entrepreneurial aesthetician to join our team. We'd like a driven and eager individual to maintain a steady flow of clients for medical and spa facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasions. This job also entails performing duties as dermatology medical assistant, assist with marketing and other office duties. Prior experience medical and/or dermatological field is a plus.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
Must have strong sales skills and able to sell product, up-sell services, re-book clients
Perform job functions with minimal supervision
Focus attention on clients' while remaining pleasant and courteous
Ability to prioritize, organize, and have extreme attention to details
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all client information and pertinent Spa data
Must be willing to learn
Your primary responsibility is to provide professional consultations and skin care treatments as well as helping dermatologist as a medical assistant. Be able to recommend a maintenance program and products to be used at home, give clients instructions on how to use the products to help them obtain and maintain healthy, beautiful skin, and re-book them for future treatments. Must demonstrate confidence, flexibility and be a team player. Must possess excellent communications skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels and provide excellent customer service, have knowledge of professional Spa services, treatments, and have strong retail abilities.

Works well independently as well as with others
Possesses great customer service skills
Must be an advocate of the practice and patients
Must present a professional appearance
Computer literate and be able to spell
Get along well with others and be able to multitask
4+ years experience in a spa, medical or healthcare office setting preferred
Experience with electronic medical records preferred
Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
State of Florida Aesthetic License
