Junior Estimator

Company is currently looking to add a Junior Estimator to their team. The individual will be responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare accurate and clear cost estimates, budgets and quotes for potential projects. Will assist in updating estimating spreadsheets and assisting in job costs on projects. Gather information from production scheduling, vendors, subcontractors, and erectors to incorporate into the scope of work.

BOTTOM-LINE REQUIREMENTS: (Candidates must answer)

1. 1+ years of estimating experience for construction projects.
