Production Manager Global Manufacturer
Salary $80,000 - $95,000 Range PLUS Excellent Benefits, Relocation and Other Perks
Our client is looking for a Lean guru to lead their overall operation. The Senior Executives are looking for a leader for this site - someone that can take this facility to the next level when it comes to Lean Manufacturing. This is an international organization that has seen extreme growth here in the U.S.
To be considered for this role, you need a Bachelor’s degree, experience in management of a department, P&L, World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Your responsibilities for this role include:
• Champion of the plant’s continuous improvement strategy
• achieve all budget, quality and performance targets
• ensure that the management team has working knowledge of all goals and quality processes
This facility is in the Mid-south with access to either city or country living, night life, dining, shopping, sports & schools.
Requirements for this Production Manager position:
1. Bachelors’ Degree required
2. Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma training
3. Good team skills - team worker, team builder, motivator, get things done through others type
4. Ability to communicate effectively, leadership and interpersonal skills
