Responsibilities:
• Update customers' billing information.
• Post payments to customers' account to ensure they are in good standings.
• Restart customers' account after suspension.
• Review billing process and payment and advise customers of account standings.
• Make outbound calls advising customers of account balance and set up arrangements for payments.
• Prompt resolution of customer problems or inquiries.
• Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions to resolve emergency customer requirements.
• Resolve customer problems or inquiries.
• Respond to some technical questions and refer technical issues to Applications Engineering Department (Tech Support).

Educational Requirement:
• At least High School Diploma or GED holder
