Business Process Improvement Manager
Phoenix, Arizona
Working in our Process Excellence Office, you will uphold the mission of the BPI department to deliver outstanding customer experiences and increased profitability through the enablement and sustainment of a continuous-process, improvement-focused organization. In this role, you will deliver improved and sustained processes in the areas assigned, and support the continued advancement of Shamrock Foods Company as a process-improvement focused organization. In achieving your objectives, you will employ process-improvement techniques such as LEAN, Six Sigma and Hammer. You will direct and support the deployment and sustainment of the front-line, autonomous process-improvement team initiative and process-improvement work to align with enterprise strategies and established Enterprise Process Models.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably, in Engineering, and five to seven years of experience facilitating business improvement within a managerial role. You’ll need LEAN methodology and Six Sigma Black Belt certification, as well. A manufacturing or distribution background is highly preferred (but not an absolute), as is Michael Hammer and Company training. Six Sigma Master Black Belt would be advantageous!
